good morning everyone.

so much going on with everyone! Sending virtual hugs to us all.

spent the previous day in a hospital waiting for a friend who was to have minor surgery at 10 am.  It is a small hospital 4 hours away and there were three emergencies, so she finally went in at 3:30 and was released at 5:30.   Arrived home at 10, spent the night at her place as her husband is overseas and it took awhile to get her into bed as she was very loopy.      A loooooooong day.

May this coming month find resolution for those of us who need it.  Spring is coming!!!!!!!

March is coming in like a lion here... mid-west weather, scaled down, is headed this way. As long as spring isn't far behind...

Devon... okay ....what does it stand for ? Glad to hear the sweet pup is thriving... you identified her as a spirited gal from the get go.

Paula, we are all eager to hear how you and DH made out yesterday. Facts and a plan of attack will certainly provide forward focus. We are all here for you.

Dave... glad your back is better. You need to remember you aren't superman when airborne !

It sounds like everyone is focused on that next best step. Has anyone heard from Lorna ? I think of her often, and continue to send positive thoughts her way.

Long day at work today, hope to do some free weights and yoga in Reiki room tonight... and some self Reiki too !

March is coming in like Lambchop here (anyone old enough to remember Sherry & Lambchop?)

Diane, I pm'd you on swiming yack, but maybe you didn't receive?  Your Yoga treat is going to be a sweet reward for your long day

Liz, I suspect what you will need to do to support hubby will become cristal clear pretty quick.  Your daughter visiting without you will tell you alot.

My day is going to start off with a swim, haircut then (blech) taxes.  We are lucky in Canada our income tax filing is not due until April 30, but that also means it is all too easy to procrastinate.  I have resolved that won't be me this year.

Everybody have a safe day.

So Far Out Of Range It's F'ing Laughable!

Though, I say the whole curse word for effect. Just don't like writing it in polite company!

This made me smile. Sometimes a good curse word makes ya feel better, at least it does for me!

Devon, what the heck is SFOORIFL! I even tried cheating by searching on Google (no luck).  So what is "Miss Piggy's" real name?  I'm glad she is doing well.

Paula, I am praying for DH and you. I hope you had hopeful news if you were able to meet with the Doctor. Good luck on the MOHS today.

Weight 115.75, calories 1475.  Was up at 3 am this morning to drive DD and her BF to the airport. They are visiting DH for a week in Florida.  Good thing as he had a meltdown last night.  I think it was his first night alone since I left and he had gotten upset because he was having problems with the phone (can't find txt msgs and voicemails).  Talked him down and also convinced him to wait for DD to shop for food (he was thinking he should do it in advance).  Sigh - I am going to have to do something I think, either compressed work week or part time at minimum.

I hope your day is good.

No name yet. A dog's name must fit like a glove. I always wait to name them until I get to know them a bit.

135 OTD, ate horribly yesterday. No exercise. Didn't log.

Adenocarcinoma of the esophagus confirmed yesterday. Will have PET scan tomorrow to see if it has spread anywhere else. Will meet back with oncology on Friday for the results and talk about possible treatment plans. MOHs surgery for me today, which seems pretty damn minor in comparison!

Hope you all have a great day!
