I'm in the office today so this is a quick post. It is going to be a long day as I have an appointment to get my taxes done after work and a 1.5 hour drive home from there. I left at 5:15 am and at best will be home at 7 pm.
Have a good Monday!

Good Morning Everyone !
Weighed in ITR. Sadie and I had a great three mile walk yesterday, albeit drastically different from Saturday in capris and a t-shirt ! I had my taxes done... between NYS and federal, I owe net $500, which is a quarter of what I've been averaging, so I'm thrilled !!
This morning I completed the online application for the National Weight Control Registry. I should get my application package in a couple of weeks. I see this as another way to keep myself honest, and to contribute to the weight loss community in a positive way. Anyone who has maintained a minimum of a thirty pound weight loss for a year is eligible to register. They collect data from participants on an ongoing basis, and publish trends and findings to inform researchers and participants.
It is sunny but cold today. I went from open window, back to electric blanket on high for most of the night. I'm going to keep moving today, for sure !!

In The Range (129-134). I had a "disclaimer" yesterday, that I didn't want to fixate on numbers, if I was in that range... just if I am above or below. ?

Woof...that will make for a long day Liz. Remember to get your water in, which when I get busy it seems to be the element that suffers. By the end of the day I can tell when I didn't get enough hydration because I just feel kinda off and like my systems aren't firing on all pistons.
No workout today for me but I will be going to a client's to do accounting all day. I will bring a couple bottles of water - hehe. Also will remember to get up a walk around frequently with sitting being the new smoking now.

Built a ramp to the airstream for the dog. It is about 22" tall. Jumped off of it several times to get the ho****er heater going. Good news is the ho****er heater just needed to be reset. Bad news is that jumping down 22" is exactly what puts me flat of my back on the heating pad and muscle relaxers. I have back issues but I need reminding every once in a while that I con't do certain movements or I will feel like I do. Hopefully this will only last only a little while. Wishing my hot tub was here.
Steps will be few today but I did get a short walk in with the dogs this morning.
More Later, David
