Quick drive by! 

Weight up 1.5 today. Do you suppose it's because I drank a total of 16 oz of water yesterday and ate salty food? MMMMMM, could be! 

Lots going on on this board. Wish I had time to comment on all. No time today, though. 

I like Shel's Sunday Funday. Too busy for fun today. 

Tore something in my shoulder on Friday. Hurt like a son of a ***** yesterday. Could not move my arm without shooting pain. Much better today. Hope it sticks.

134.5 today. AGGGGGGGHHHHHH. But ya know, if 2 pounds is my worst problem I should count myself lucky. 

Thinking of you Paula and how you are going to manage all this but somehow I know you will. Really hard with co workers needing time off too. You just have to do what you have to but find a moment for a massage or salon facial. So comforting. 

The sun here is positively schizophrenic . Comes out, goes away, comes out, then it rains. I am fully expecting oobleck to fall from the sky (remember that Dr. Seuss book?).

Roxy tell us what movies you think are worth seeing.  We haven't been to many lately but like to go. We will probably watch the Oscars or part of it. 

Got a call this morning that my mother's condition was worsening. She was barely responsive. But a little while ago they said she was doing better. Just want to hide from it all sometimes. But got a later message she was up and eating. Go figure. 

Curried chicken last night with sweet peppers. Very good. Went to the wine tasting with a friend yesterday and tried their new release. Its good but not worth $25 a bottle. Did get a few of my old favorites. 

Liz I hope you get back to Florida before the storm**** Diane O, hug that Sadie. My dogs were having a wrestling match in the bed this morning whi*****luded rearranging my hair. We live in a kennel.
