I can't tell you how much fun we have doing crosswords every afternoon. We do a couple from various sources -- NYTimes, Washington Post, WSJournal, Kansas City Star. We started this in January, not even two months ago. We're getting SO much better, doing them together. And surprisingly are learning so much about how we approach problem-solving differently. Who says old married people can't keep learning new things about each other. :)
I doubt that individually we'd either do very well at these puzzles. But who cares -- it's fun together.
And yeah, Shel -- we're walking up your front steps right now!

Good morning!
124's today, home yoga'd yesterday. On the eats front, I'm swapping out some my excess protein for vege's/legumes. I have extra vege's and DianeS's lentil soup/stew in the fridge. I had grapes, but they went first.
Devon! The puppy is adorable!!!! I love her spirit.
All the rest of you! You are adorable, too!
The other pharmacist at work has a few days off so my hands are especially busy. There is a part of me that likes that. But, it is dangersous to my soul.
Also, my new office is literally in the center of the clinic and people love to say hi as they walk by. Don't they know that I am an intervert posing as an extrovert?
Take time to find your (soul)full today.
Shel

Still no wt: I may have to just order another scales. I will go back to old shop this week. Calories ~ 1300
It rained all last night. Warm day yesterday. In the 70's. There used to be an old home place where the Airstream is parked. They scraped all of the top soil to the trees behind the shop. It is a forest of daffodils. I will try to grab a picture but still using the phone for internet. Having trouble uploading big files. Maybe in a week or so.
We are really liking the Airstream in the woods. The dogs are a little out of sorts and driving us crazy following us around in the airstream. There is no room for dog following. So at least for now everyone is a shop dog. And cat. We are busy sorting piles of boxes into "need now", "need later" and "didn't have the heart not to move it" stacks. I have started working on the walls going in the shop. No rush. But it keeps me busy.
More Later, David

Financially I wanted to have the $ I'd make this year, especially the $ saved into my 401K. I would LOVE if the company gave me a severance package so I could go sooner (with the recent reorgs it is possible they are going to want to let some people go so I am going to offer that they choose me instead of others if there is downsizing going on). I may discuss the timing again with my financial planner when I see him for taxes next week.

Down a few ounces. Not enough. Got a decent walk in at lunch yesterday. Scout nutrition talk went okay - hard to keep 11-17 year old boys interested in things like calories, saturated fats and sugars! I did have some cool visual aids, games and healthy snacks to make it more exciting!
