Greetings Good Friends

Well its not raining for the moment so I feel blessed. Windy and cold though. Think I will get Tesla out for a training session as her show debut is 2 months away and I fear extreme embarrassment.

133 today. Oops , I first typed 233. Grateful thats not true.

Liz, made my morning to see that sunset picture. We get those out here but not this time of year. Thankful that days are getting longer and daylight savings time is coming soon.

Glad you are nearly moved Dave. Hope you can be done with moving soon and get on to woodworking or other pleasant things.Even though we don't live in the woods, there are wild areas nearby and I love it in the spring with the windows open and hearing the bird sounds.

Shel, in my fat days I used to eat chocolate chip cookies for breakfast. I decided that I might as well eat something I liked instead of no breakfast. See what a rationalizer I was? (am)

Ann I can't believe how many veggies you eat. I am lucky to get in 2 servings a day. Thats my problem. I eat too much dairy. I should come to your farm and graze.

Well Devon I will be thinking about you and the impending lone wolf. Hope all goes well. You must have gotten a worse storm than we did but I think we have more lined up for the next 3 days.

Yesterday it was so cold and wet that I came home and drank green tea. It was quite good and I think I will do more of that. Gotta skip coffee later in the day. Anybody know a really good brand of green tea?

Dinner last night was shrimp and the last bit of the ricotta cheese bake. I think I am going to demand we go out for Mexican food as a late Valentines day dinner. There is one place here that has a ceviche thats quite good and healthy.

Diane O, glad you are making the most of the storm conditions. You, and everyone here, sound like people who can always find a way to have a good time. Lets all be those kind of people.   Diane S.

Gorgeous day in WI! Record high temps, mid 50's. All the kids are outside playing, riding bikes etc. in shorts and short sleeves. Dh and I took the puppies for a good 3+ mile walk in our old neighborhood (no place to walk at our new place). I wore spandex exercise leggings and a fleece long sleeved top and didn't freeze! So nice to see the sun.

Eating has only been okay, scale keeps going up. Having Costco's pesto butter salmon for dinner. Today has been a better eating day. I really need to get back to weight loss mode before this really gets out of hand (it already kinda is!). I think now that we know what we are doing with our lives (staying in WI) the stress levels will calm some and I can focus more on healthy living. Still stress with DS#1 but I think that will be an ongoing challenge for quite some time!

Have PS follow-up on Tuesday along with free Dysport (kinda like Botox) in one area - compliments of the PS office since I had my surgery there - they are really just wanting to get you hooked on it to make more money off you! I may go for more areas (crows feet around eyes, between eyebrows and forehead) and just pay the difference. I'm worth it! Lol!

Sorry I have not been doing too many personal shout outs. Diane S did such a nice job today - ditto what she said! Love you all!
