Good for you Sheri. Sounds like you are feeling optimistic. I bet if I quit my wine I would lose a few. Good on you for doing it. Yep, teach those girls to cook. All kids should learn. I think lots of young adults get fat because they live on take out food and its deadly. Diane S.

Quick check in ! 2 1/2 hours late leaving NY due to frozen water lines. It was five degrees, 14" of snow, and they didn't warm the plane. Missed my connection in Chicago (planned a two hour layover) and couldn't get rebooked for LAX for five hours. Just got to the hotel twenty hours after I got up this morning. LOTS of steps, and good food choices. Nineteen miles of walking paths along the ocean !!! Bed is calling !!!
