Friday February 3
115.25, 1589 calories. I won't be able to weigh for a while, so I'll just keep tracking! It is just after 6 now, so I'm going to get showered and finish packing shortly. Yesterday was a lot of packing drama. DH keys were lost all day (were in bathrobe pocket), then he left the door of car with light on all day and battery died. He put the battery charger on wrong, so the battery may be fried. SOOO.. AAA may have to put in a new battery before we leave this morning. I'm afraid I'm not being patient all the time as I don't do well when things get over-complicated. I guess it is the project manager in me that doesn't like carefully constructed plans to go awry and have to be reconfigured.

135.6. Funny how one bad day can cause a 2 lb. gain but two "on plan" days only yield a .2 loss. Got my exercise in again yesterday - doing very well on that front!
Dermatologist's office took a biopsy of a nodule I have on my ear and zapped a precancerous area on my nose with liquid nitrogen. The joys of a blue eyed blonde sun worshipper - wear your sun screen kids!
Work today. Will attend a middle school play this weekend - none of my kids in it but we all enjoy the local theater program!
DH still in negotiations regarding the teaching job in Florida. Next step is to talk money and see if it is worth the move. DS#1 appears to be doing a bit better, no outbursts yesterday.

I tracked yesterday. Boy do I eat a lot of yogurt and boy do I get a lot of protein/carbs these days because of it. Just an observation for now.

It is only one day so I'm not judging the protein yet but my knee jerk reaction is that it is a bit excessive.
I have ZERO evidence to back up this next statement: I would rather have a variety of whole foods than that much protein. On the other hand, I imagine that a lot of that protein was from shrimp which is very low cal and no carbs.
I'll see what the next week or two brings me and eventually tease things apart. Ann and Liz would have already sliced and diced the numbers into pie charts. :)
