Steps are going to be on the shop in the woods. Concrete polishing. It is an interesting process. Grinding with different grit grinding discs. Some with chemicals to speed up the process. I took a picture but it just looks like concrete.
I had genetic testing done to find best drug metabolism for mental health treatment. Pharmacogenetics. It is amazing the information they can get back on a couple of cheek swabs. All of the meds I have tried and failed on is not in my head. I just don't metabolize them well. It answered a lot of questions and may provide future treatment plan. If we had done this 15 years ago it would have save hundreds of $. Lots to educate myself on this subject.
Everyone have a great Tuesday! Hugs to all and double hugs to all that need it.

I grew up in rural Iowa and that county road gives me giggles.
The older I get, the more appeal country living has. Or, maybe on an isolated beach. Either one.

Look below! For 650.00 you can have your very own Airstream! Ok, it is just a drink cooler but what did you expect for 650.00? I think it would look sharp next to a refurbished vintage Airstream.........................
Dave, I love watching you put your new digs together! Also I am super interested in your pharmacogenetics experiment. I have been hoping for a long, long time that that field of study would become relevant to real patients.
Anyone else out there doing a march this weekend (protest or otherwise, I love you all.) I'm planning on attending the Seattle women's march. I have my ***** hat on order with my pharmacist teammate who has made a million (or eleven) in the last few days. She is a knitting machine and apparently not alone. The local yarn stores have run out of pink yarn. Today I am going to try to get signs figured out. I have sad protestor skills so it is taking a lot of effort. Healthy skinny hugs to the lot of you. Women will be marching in Canada too :). Unfortunately I will be working on Saturday - otherwise I would be there. Still wish I had a ***** hat though. I'd wear it to work.

The Pharmagenetics testing makes so much sense (seems so logical to me)! I hope it can help pinpoint what will work best for you Dave.
I am doing pretty good today - see PS surgeon this afternoon and hopefully can get this head-bra off at least during the day as it is driving me crazy. I still have a lot of facial bruising, but the swelling is going down. I think the drains for my TT will come out today. I am able to walk almost upright. Only took Tylenol twice yesterday and haven't bothered this morning, but will probably take it a couple of hours before bed tonight. Though the intestinal system still seems to be a bit sluggish, causing me to not be very hungry, it does seem to be working. So I still look weird at 6 days post-op, but feel pretty good.
I did actually work a couple of hours yesterday handling emails and attending one online meeting. I'll probably do about the same today.
Love that cooler Shel: I think Dave needs one! And good for you marching! I hope you all have a wonderful skinny day!

134 OTD. Not doing so hot in WLM, gotta get on it!
Follow-up with the PS office today for the arm infection. I still feel lots of stitches under the skin. Wish they would just dissolve already! Also have a renal ultrasound this afternoon. Have had a small lesion made up of blood vessels, muscle and fat (angiomyolipoma) that they have been monitoring for years to make sure it doesn't become cancerous or too large and do any damage. I doubt it has changed any which would be good.
Rain/ice mix last night and this morning. School called off for the day. Hope my drive in to town goes okay.
The genetic testing for drug metabolism sounds very interesting David!
