Your day sounds insane to me! I could never eat dinner at 9:00 - way too late for me.
Here was my day yesterday:
Woke up at 5:30, left for work at 7:05, worked from 7:40-4:20, home by 5:10 or so. Helped Dh finish dinner and we were eating by 6:00 (it used to be 5, not a little later since DS#3 likes to work out after school). Helped clean up kitchen and then DH and I went grocery shopping and ran a few errands. Came home, put the stuff away, computered some, took a bath (my me time) and was in bed by 10:30.
Today (day off)
Woke up at 7:15, took DS#1 to school in my PJs because his car was covered in at least 1/2 inch of solid ice and he didn't have time to scrap it all before the start of school. Got home, made coffee, hit the computer for a little bit, took a shower, got my hair cut, made lunch, computered, swiffered the kitchen floor, did step aerobics at home, now on the computer but will color my newly cut hair, shave and shower again, pack for water park weekend with the scouts, go out to dinner with the family and stop at Costco for a few staples (i.e. my protein bars). Hope to be in bed by 9:30 as Friday's wake up time is 4:30 am.
hmmm, my schedule isn't much different except I am typically up by 4:30 to 4:45. So if you pull all the numbers forward by 2 hours it is pretty close.
I have a similar amount of time for chores/errands. Yoga (4-5 days per week) is usually 60-75 minutes for class and one has to get there a bit before it starts. When weather is nicer, I frequently walk with Buster so some would say excessive activity. (I don't say that) Almost zero tv unless DH has it on as I putz around the house.
I don't always get to bed by 9:45 tho that would be ideal. I bet you don't always get to bed by 11:45
I have had Evernote but never used.....I just don't do formal journaling well. It is a miracle that I post here. I was scared not too, I guess.

I couldn't sustain your day, though I had some times in my life which might have been as bad when I was young and going to classes at nighttime get my graduate degree, but that was almost 30 years ago.
A typical day for me would be up at 5-5:30, drink coffee, sit with dogs and post on OH. At my desk for work at 7-7:30. Eat breakfast at mt desk at 8, snack at 10, lunch at 12, snack at 3. Finish work around 3:30-4. Run brief errands, take a walk with dogs, etc before eating dinner at 5-5:30. Last snack at 7:30, bed at 8:30-9.
Boring day!

Hello everyone! Not getting here to read and post as often as I need to :). Still hanging out at 117, which is close to my red zone number. First thing that needs to be consistent is no calories after 8 pm. Some days I win and some not so much. The key is consistency, right?
Lots of challenges with dd still but fortunately DH is taking the lead on addressing those. I'm feeling very low energy, could benefit from working one day less per. Week. Can't do that until end of Feb so will try to address it for March schedule. Four days a week is realistic for me! Nevertheless my time there is quite enjoyable.
All the best

Greetings Busy Maintainers
Well up to 133 today. Curses. I have no doubt its due to my lack of activity. Reading the schedules of some of you makes my head spin. Of course, I used to do all that in my pre-retired days. Now if I have three errands to run I am all wigged out. Only two today.
I have been eating this roasted red pepper soup from costco. About 200 cal per serving and thats pretty much all I eat for dinner but I bet its loaded with salt. Also, minimal potty activity. Gotta up the fiber.
We have another sunny day so DH was off hosing off the deck of Doggie Delights. The old girl just can't do the couple of steps to get to the yard. We got her a new large crate to sleep in with a snuggle safe since she tends to wander around sometimes,
Yeah, losing weight at this stage is tough. Guess thats why my doctor told me to lose 2 lbs before it turned into 10 or 20. Five years ago this was all so easy. Gotta cut back on cheese. Think I will take the protein tomato soup to studio for lunch.
Got the heathers trimmed yesterday. They look so nice. I used to do it but gimpy hands take a beating on it.
Well off to the dreaded errands. Liz, glad you are doing ok. How do I find your Facebook pictures Diane O? I am not good at Facebook. Plan a kindness to yourself every day. good idea. I kind of do this by sleeping in.
Take care all . Diane S
