Where is this month going !? It is flying by ! I'm sitting in the 135's. My body is loving boot camp and swimming alternating days. I took the weekend off, to paint... man, did my back and shoulders need that massage ! Hopefully, this bitter cold will ease up, so I can get Sadie out for some longer walks.

Hopefully, I'll get a photo of my Reiki/Yoga room up on Facebook. I have difficulty with photos here. Message me with your FB username  you are not already my FB "friend", and I'll send a friend request.

It sounds like everyone is plunging into 2017 with renewed vigor !! We can do this !!!

Posting at the same time again Ocean!  I just finished mine and saw that you beat me!  It sounds like you are busy and enjoying retirement already.  Good for you!

117.5 - This daily weighing is weird. I ate mostly the usual stuff and pretty much the same calories as I've been eating for a while now and my weight went up 1/2 pound yesterday and another 1/2 today. It doesn't matter right now, but weird.

PS day tomorrow - I call after 1 to get my time and see the surgeon at 4:15 to be marked up. I'll be staying overnight in the hospital one night. I've been taking arnica and bromelain as some people think it reduces swelling and bruising - we will see... It's my face and neck that I'm worried about. I also have some dermablend makeup in case it stays bad for a while and I need to cover it up.

Stay warm and skinny today!

Best of luck tomorrow. You will find daily fluctuations of anywhere from .5 to 3.0 pounds can be normal. Keep track of your overall trend for a month while you are settling in to your maintenance routine. Also, don't forget that your weight will go up after your PS tomorrow. Your body will be using fluids to help heal itself.

I'm not convinced Arnica really does all that much. I looked like hell after having my eyes done and I was taking Arnica before and after. If it did help, I'd hate to think what I would have looked like without the Arnica!

Yeah - I don't have a lot of faith in the homeopathic stuff, but I figured it wouldn't hurt!

You know what I have faith in?  stool softeners/laxatives with opioids.  Don't get behind on your bowel program!
