Friday, December 30th. Count down to the New Year!
OMG - the value of being thinner. Such an interesting question to ponder! I don't believe there is a 'right' answer, but an answer is well worth exploring.

I don't believe there is a right or wrong answer. I think that every one of us will have an answer that is highly personal and different from the next person's. I think it will be helpful for me to have a clear picture of the end game, the true value, to keep me on track during the tougher times. I took a pretty big step (for me) and told Ron about the peculiar feeling of sadness that wells up when I'm engaged in reading this board or when I'm writing about my own journey. It's a start...
Greetings Resilient ones
Posting late because I had gallery duty early and barely got coffee. Got up at the crack of 9! tee hee
Not much activity at the gallery until just before I left I sold these two shot glasses I made. They look like men's boxer shorts.
Still 133 today. Its the dang almonds.
We are watching Nebraska lose to Tennessee. Oh well. Hubby is beside himself with grief.
Devon posted about struggling with food choices. I see it as struggling with excess or unnecessary appetite as well. Whatever you call it, it is indeed a struggle.
Ate protein soup today - tomato. Its really pretty good.
Not much else going on. Just working on year end gallery payments. Its amazing how many mistakes can be made by 28 different cashiers. Oh well
Peace and all that. Diane S
Really late to the party but kinda sorta here. I think my scale said 116 - it was a long time ago! DH and DDwent to an AA meeting together - go figure.
I'm okay, definitely not claiming stellar performance, but just alright. My food is not as it 'should' be, but I'm trying to be not overly judgmental right now because food comfort is what I know best. And yes I'm needing comfort.
Peace out, all
