My new ink
That's really lovely! Now, the question I have is will your mom feel honored or horrified??? You know, there is that generational gap thing there. Hey even a lot of people our age have disdain for tattoos.
Anyhow, I think it's done beautifully and your inker is a great artist! Hope the recovery period is short and easy.
Paula, that's beautiful!!!!! How long did it take? It is hard to imagine that was done in one session?????
As you know, I didn't have reconstructive surgery post double mastectomy and never will....too much radiation, too little fat (!), weird MO skin, don't want another surgery, etc etc etc
But, my oncologist threw out the possibility of tattooing the area and I am beginning to consider that. And seeing your work makes me think a little harder about it. Maybe 2018......gotta work up the nerve!

That is beautiful! I have plumerias on my right shoulder, but I want to add more. Been saying, for years, that I want to get one in memory of my dad, but I just haven't done it yet.
