Tuesday December 27
144 after the holiday weekend and some mindless eating and drinking. My last official day of work is Thursday, then I'm back as a consultant, paid at the hourly rate of my current salary, 2-3 days a week starting 01/09/17. I set my own hours/schedule and can smoothly transition into full retirement. I'm looking forward to two weeks in Redondo Beach in early February, to visit my oldest daughter. Looking forward to 01/02/17, and the start of boot camp.
Logging is necessary for me, until I stabilize 134-139. Let's finish out the year strong !!

Hola Friends!
Food was pretty on point most of the day. I did choose to have popcorn at the movies. We also shared a little dessert after the movie, but that was it. A huge improvement for me when compared to the pre Christmas and Christmas Day eating.
Scale was up 1.8 pounds from the last time I weighed. Not good, but not horrific either.
My elbow is flaring up. I think I have tendonitis or something along that line. My elbow has been hurting a lot on and off for 4-6 weeks. It gets worse if I have a tough grooming. I am saying goodbye to the clients I see today. I simply have to reduce the number of clients I have for my mental well being and now it seems that my arm is telling me it's time to cut back, too.
Ron and I went through closets yesterday and took a sizable donation to Goodwill yesterday. We will go back today with the shirts we accidentally left behind! I'm also adding a much too small wool coat with shallow pockets to the donation because yesterday when making and exchange and browsing at Steinmart I found a London Fog gray woolen overcoat that was just perfect! Perfect cut, generous pockets, and the price was incredible - $46.89!!!!! It was a "red dot" special- whatever the hell that is, but the price was slashed from $250, to $125, to $66. The red dot brought the price down to the $46.89 price. How could I pass that up, right???
Greetings Survivors of the Three C's
Now I will always associate the three C's with Christmas as well as the three wise men. They didn't have the three C's to contend with.
Well 133 today. Guess Christmas has caught up with me. That and the marcona almonds we were given. They are so darn good. I rationalize that they have protein and good fat and no sugar but still the calories are obscene. We got two containers and I think one will go to the studio.
Well protect that elbow Devon. Dog grooming can be hard on you. My friend shows pharoah hounds because they take no grooming to speak of. I am gonna have to strip down Tesla one of these days for the first time and its going to be a battle.
Good luck on the plastics. I am glad for all of you that are able to take that part of the journey. I will just sit here in my puddle of skin.
Well the new year is upon us and I have to come up with art show themes. I may do an all dog series since I am so partial to the creatures.
Gotta go do gallery banking. Lots of cash from Christmas Eve and the banks were closed yesterday.
Well, better get to the post holiday chores. Gotta wrap up all the banking and finance stuff for year end.
