Good morning:
well we are more then our weight, no matter what the scale says. Having stated that cliche the battle is real.
I am old enough to have that adage: ' but how will you feel about it in the morning' running around my head. And like other alleged delights the morning after is often not pleasant.
so ever onwards.
steps only 4333 and calories were 1249.
A few more sleeps for all the Santa believers.
Good morning all. I'm at 115, which is okay for today. As you know my tendency and comfort zone is a bit south of there but the number is a helpful reflection of some loosey goosey behaviour that seems to have become the norm rather than exceptional. I feel ever so slightly scared about that, which is not a bad thing, but not spending much energy reflecting and responding to the fear. You guys get it like no one else in my world could and I'm so grateful for that.
I've not been reading here every day so feeling a bit out of the know. Sounds like we all have our struggles, with many of them created outside ourselves of course, but as has been so wisely pointed out, we own our reactions.
Peace and hope.

Greetings Holiday Gladiators
well up to 132 today. Worked at one gallery this morning and sold a lot and worked at the other one yesterday and sold a lot. Not my stuff so much but good for the galleries.
Nothing but errands today and a bit of studio time. Some birds pooped purple all over my car so I had to go through the car wash. Big excitement. The nearby crab shack is open now and i was tempted to stop for a 2 pounder but didn't. Now I have to come up with dinner plans. seems like its chicken, burger, chicken, burger, chicken, burger and then scrambled eggs. Refried beans with a tostada is probably reason for weight gain.
My friend the border terrier breeder has six puppies. So cute
Well I have nothing interesting to say so I will shut up. Peace to all. Diane
