I love Costco's frozen pre-cooked shrimp. I keep it here at work in the freezer. I run ho****er over them and they are ready to eat pretty quick.

A quick check in on my way out the door. Down to 114 today so thinking I may have dodged the bullet that was heading my way. Need to stay out of the candy to be alright. Otherwise all bets are off.

Well with the combined productivity of liquid and solid waste yesterday I'm down 2 pounds today. I'll take it.
Go figure - I actually came up short on calories yesterday. I had to eat extra just to get my calories up to 1359. By dinnertime I had only had 790. Dinner was less than 300, so I ended up eating a serving of yogurt, nuts and berries, with a heap of added whipped cream. Sorry, Leap!
Got to bed at my appointed bedtime. Was awake within 90 minutes. Went back to sleep and woke up on and off all night long. I really don't like that type of night.
Shrink likes my food plan. Says it seems reasonable. She wants me to let loose with my emotions to avoid eating. LOL! She's right, but that will take much practice. I'm very adept at holding them back with food!
Next up is to schedule in exercise like appointments that must be kept. Harder for me than it sounds. Drat!
Candy, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, and Friday is Pie Palooza day! Oh, and today boss lady is making bacon in the office and handing it out. Really? Jiminey Crickets! Chocolate is bound to be next!
Glad you are keeping to appointed bedtime.....I have issues like you describe. I keep kindle nearby as just in case I need something to soothe my restlessness. Overtime, I finding that I am better at staying asleep. Apparently, I am more baby-like than I would like to think.
But, even an additional 40 minutes or 60 minutes per night makes a huge difference in eating/motivation the next day.

Well, still at 131.5. So maybe its for real. Realized I had to get busy and get Christmas trinkets wrapped and sent to mom so futzed around with that all night plus gallery business.I wonder how many calories are expended with mental energy. I would be svelt indeed.
Diane O, you are right to think carefully about some new medical device. Wish I could ship you to Dr. Cirangle. He could probably help you.
Liz glad the trip was cancelled. Always stressful. But too bad you did all that preparation.
Dave glad the dogs are doing better. DH and I live in a kennel. Our ancient girl Liza was just walking around the house last night with a bone in her mouth. She doesn't chew it. Just carries it around. I finally had to put her in her bed to get her to stop walking around. She sleeps with it in her mouth.
Some rolls of toilet paper fell off a high shelf onto my head when I moved the bathroom door. Tesla the guard puppy came in growling to defend me from the invading toilet paper. LOL.
Lordy I don't envy those of you who work in places where the parade of holiday horrors appears daily. We do get some of that at the studio but I manage to just walk by quickly. Yesterday there were costco truffles but I pretended they were goose turds.
