VSG on 12/02/15

I had my VSG surgery 1 year ago today. I feel physically so much better now. I feel more competent and confident. So nice to have more stamina and just feel more comfortable. This has been the best thing I've ever done for myself. Obesity Help has been the greatest tool, and I'm going to continue to use it. It helps me start my day right and stay focused.

5' 4" tall, HW: 242, SW:215.4 Weight Loss - pre-op: - 26.6, M1: -15.4, M2: -16, M3: -11.4, M4: -11.2, M5: -12.2, M6: -7.4, M7: -7.8, M8: -2.0 Goal of 130 lbs. reached at 8 months, 2 days post-op!
