122 this morning. Weighing everyday seems to help me keep it in check. Just curious, do most of you weigh in daily?

Yes, multiple times a day - it is a bit of an obsession for me! Lol!



5' 4" tall, HW: 242, SW:215.4 Weight Loss - pre-op: - 26.6, M1: -15.4, M2: -16, M3: -11.4, M4: -11.2, M5: -12.2, M6: -7.4, M7: -7.8, M8: -2.0 Goal of 130 lbs. reached at 8 months, 2 days post-op!

I answered on the main forum, but to be more specific than "absolutely", I weigh each morning and often before bed. I find that weighing daily even during my troubled eating times keeps me accountable for my eating behaviors. I am also not suddenly amazed if I have gained some weight or lost weight. It's important to me to follow my trends and make note of how my daily life, eating habits, and emotions can have an effect on my weight.
