Happy Thanksgiving! (Thursday Nov 25)
Good morning all. I hope you all have a good day and spend it with the people you want to be with. I know we all want to be in control of eating over the holidays, but hopefully we balance that so we don't feel deprived.
120.25 again, calories 1100. My graph seemed to indicate that 1100 was a good maintenance number and it has worked for the last few days, so we will see if that continues. Eating while traveling over the next few days will be a challenge. Luckily the friends we are staying with are not big eaters, rarely have sweets in the house and don't drink, so it will be easier than with others.
So my before/after is the first one on the homepage. I HATED having my picture taken so seeing that every time I go to OH is making me cringe. And that picture wasn't even at my highest weight! I hope someone else replaces me in the first slot soon. Speaking of which, the picture yesterday was taken in June, about 2.5 months post-op. I was feeling really thin, but have lost another 35+ since then. Funny to look at it and compare it to where I am now. I do wonder if I'm too thin (husband says no, but I can't tell). At this point I just don't want to have to change sizes anymore and have to buy replacement clothes again.
Have a great day everyone. The turkeys living in my yard (18 sleep in the trees at night) say Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to all.
122's this morning. Yoga'd and good steps yesterday.
Liz, I LOVE the turkey picture! Can you replace your picture on OH so that the front page will show the turkey? Pleeeeease?
I hope everyone has a wonderful day with your gravy of choice.
Hope and peace,
Love, Shel

Blessed with my Goldilocks number 112 today. Some days I wonder if my scale is right but realistically there has been no change in my clothing fit so it's correct.
I feel a little guilty about the relative ease I've had compared to some of the struggles others here face. I suppose that's kind of silly but it's how I feel. Not sure if it's warranted or not because I again must say that my view of 'normal' is and always will be limited when it comes to food and weight. But for today at 4+ years out it's where I'm at and I'm very grateful for it.
Off to work soon. Happy thanksgiving to all of us, American and otherwise. Gratitude is always a good thing.

Love that turkey pic. What a cool thing to see in your yard.
133 today. Sigh, thought I was on the way down. Hot and sour chicken soup last night.
Spent yesterday getting rid of various packing materials that hubby has hoarded. The ups place will take clean packing peanuts and our studio uses the bubble wrap and brown paper. Guest room still not ready for the nephew. Not my problem.
Well all I really have to do today is get cleaned up and dig up something party-ish to wear, make spinach dish and go to lovely friends place. And its not raining. The dogs are snoring and all is well.
Wishing everyone a peaceful wonderful day. Diane S.
Love the turkey pic!
Weight is up a pound. Not sure why, but fingers are puffy and tight when I make a fist. That's usually a sign of water retention for me.
Loving today. I've had a lovely, but busy day. It's 3:30 and just had my first meal other than a protein shake. The feast is around 6:30.
Hope everyone has/had a great day.
