1st of 3 day work week (all work from home) - yeah!   119.75 this morning. Did Zumba yesterday and gym the day before so my muscles are feeling virtuous.  Went to a great Craft Fair yesterday and got quite a few Christmas gifts.  Of course my children (20's) are the tough ones to find a gift for - usually clothes (or sports equipment for DD/kitchen stuff for DS).

How exactly do muscles feel virtuous? Lol.

125.2 today. Hope I just need a good trip to the bathroom. That was a big jump in one day.

Need to do the Thanksgiving grocery shopping today.

Stitches come out on Wednesday, can't wait!

Had to laugh about the trip to the bathroom. Remember yesterday I was up 3 whole pounds. Well, more than half of it vanished today because yesterday afternoon I, to put it in medical terms, crapped me a bowlful! Wishing you the same!

Good morning everyone and welcome Nate.

calories1009,  but very little movement.   Very rainy and windy.

We have a rat.  Yuck!   Thé traps are out, and we spent yesterday checking for rodent size holes.  Loathsome créatures.

I had an invasion of mice in my shop last month.  I caught 6 in 2 days with 2 traps.  They love peanut butter. I hate them.

Cheers!

124's, true to my inner buffalo, I grazed even more than usual yesterday but (a little) less than I wanted to. That includes leaving the newly purchased peanut butter alone.

Good yoga and steps yesterday.  House is almost holiday ready.  Immediate family drama is currently low.  Life is good.

Heres to finding a week of skinny!

Shel

Good Morning !

Holding steady at the top of my range.  We didn't get the 6-8 inches of snow some surrounding areas got, but enough to clean up a bit when I get home. I'm actually looking forward to it, and to the potential for cross country skiing some time soon.

Sadie is recovering from Bordatella ... my fault.  She was due for a booster when she had her knee surgery, and I had them hold off.  Never rescheduled, and she picked it up at daycare.  Ten days anti-biotics, and cough medicine, then she'll need to see the Vet for her update !!  She's not able to be around any dogs for ten days.

     Protect our skinny selves !!

203.  Feeling 95% better and I guess it was all fluid and sludge because the scale is going down.  No way I can go off course during the holidays because I need to get back under 200!  under 190! under 180! to 170!!!

Weight is down 1.6 or 1.8 from yesterday. Pooped impressive amounts.

My food is off. I am off balance. I'm feeling embarrassed/ashamed that I am unable to get it together. Told Ron yesterday that I'm considering break from seeing the therapist. I feel like it's money down the drain right now. Broken record me in so many ways....

I know there is a lot pushed down right now and the holiday season can stir the emotional pot, but I've never been one to be gloomy around the holidays. I'm simply irritated with myself and frankly don't seem to be able to dredge up the push to do what's right in the food department. Perhaps a factor of my mood is that my 5 year "surgiversary" is close at hand. Whatever it is, I must at least keep active here. Must stay in the game even when it sounds so delightful to bathe my mood in a cinnamon roll. LOL!

Well, aren't I just a Merry Monday type of guy! Oh, Geez! Thank God I can chuckle at myself.
