Happy weekend everyone!  JoeyJo, good for you being in "onderland" again. Kairk, sounds like you are doing well - enjoy your leisurely weekend.

122.75 this morning.  Did well with eating yesterday (calories back where they should be vs the prior 3 days).  I'm going to start bringing more snacks for the days when I am in the office for long hours.

I had my plastics consult yesterday and I'm scheduled for abdominoplasty and mini facelift in early January!  I am having both for not more than what I had mentally prepared for for one surgery (at the same time).  Dr advised against doing my arms as I really don't have much of a wing, just wrinkly skin and he said the scars would probably look worse, which confirmed what I had been thinking might be the case. I never thought I would ever do plastics, but here I am (and very excited about it)!

Morning all.

a good food day with 7999 steps, with a number of them going up a hill.   It is not the up part it is the coming down part that the knees complain.

Enjoy the weekend!

Happy Saturday!

124's today, good eats yesterday but no activity.  My body has been feeling fatigued so I deliberately took a day off activity and went to bed early.  Back at it today although many obligations so not quite sure how the schedule will unfold.

I am trying to muster up true-belief that I can adhere to eating just every 3-4 hours on the weekend.   I have a running tape in my head that is too hard to do on the weekends.  I call BS on that --- I did it all the time during WL.  The benefits are many.

Liz, January will be here so fast!  I'm excited for both you and Paula! I didn't think I would ever do PS either; I didn't even have boobs replaced after mastectomies. The improvements from the LBL continue to give me an unexpected mental lift even tho it didn't translate into huge differences in clothes size or weight.

Carbon, it is nice to see your steps back up --- I hope you aren't pushing thru pain too much, tho.

Ok, need to start planning my day --- always excited about the possibilities.

Shel

Good morning and Happy Saturday!

141.4.  I did it- ran my first 5k this morning!!  My 15 year old did it with me and we had a blast despite the freezing cold and rain!  I don't post many pics but I'll throw one up.  This goal means so much to me, feels better than any scale number!

Off for errands, etc and getting ready for having some family over tomorrow for the afternoon and Trick or treat.  I may have a piece or two of candy tomorrow out in the neighborhood but once Monday comes will consider it off limits.  A planned indulgence!

Have a wonderful day everyone!!

Carbon, great on steps! I need to get moving today (and dogs are anxious to do the same).

I don't expect to change sizes after PS - I just want to get rid of the baggy hangy skin on my abdomen and under my chin.

Beautiful pics!  I think being able to doing a 5K whenever you want is a huge NSV!

Thanks everyone for the kind words!!  I think I look good in these pics, but I FELT so great!!  The silly one with me flexing a muscle I almost didn't post cause I thought maybe my bat wing was hanging down.  Why can't we just love ourselves?!  I decided that's all the more reason to post both.  Can't wait for my next 5k!!  Thinking about a half marathon next year!
