125 today. Yoga and ok steps yesterday.

I scheduled my 2 year Dec follow up. I hope to be just a few pounds south of where I am today. As I run out of high calorie foods (peanut butter/almonds/coconut chips and (gulp) 1/2 and 1/2) I am not replacing them. I am grateful that I am adjusting for 3 lbs rather than the bad ol' days when I deliberately didn't "see" weight gain until overwhelming damage had been done.
I also am being good and wearing compression stuff on 3 of my 4 limbs. It isn't truly uncomfortable. I just don't wanna do it.

132. Curses. Ate healthy yesterday and even got in more steps than usual which is not all that great.
But today will be busy - have to make the big grocery run for our halloween party. Two kinds of soup, someone will bring bread, veggies and hummus and lots of candy that I hate.
Ran into a friend last night who came into the gallery. His wife died very suddenly a couple of months ago. He seemed to just be lonely and wanted to talk. I am gonna try to get ahold of him and invite him to the Halloween Party. We should count our blessings. My blessing of a husband is off at costco getting stuff for our party. Hope the weather gives us a break or we will be infested with candy.
Well my mother has had her hospice status extended for another 60 days. I guess thats the usual increment. At least they didn't kick her off like they did once before.
Well l love all the fashion stories even though I am a fashion disaster and put comfort above all else. I have about two good sweaters for gallery work days and one fancy expensive shirt and thats about it. I guess I find my joy in weight loss in just being able to move around and chase the puppy and do what I want without having to consider weight.
Kairk change that password this instant! No more Fatman1 for you. How about CoolDude? or WorkoutKing? Might help change mindset.
Good article in the OH newsletter about night eating. Everyone should read it.

Okay.... I've been struggling big time. While I checked in daily, I didn't post. I am sorry. Being transparent in our process supports us all. I got lost in my 4+ weeks serving as principal and trying to do my own job. I struggled significantly with decades of old triggers simultaneously dealing with lymphedema. I, in effect, closed out the support and wisdom of you, my chosen family, when I was totally overwhelmed and needed you the most. We can all benefit from the struggles of others, and I withdrew. Recognized, and I am committing to remain engaged ... no matter what. I so appreciate all of you, and I didn't hold up my end of the bargain.
141 today. I am most comfortable in the 134-139 range. I celebrate that, for the first time in my life, I have remained in the same clothes size for a year !! I am working my way back to my target range, and down to 130 works too. The 120's simply are too low for me.
Still don't have my Rx full leg compression stocking, so water weight factors in.
Love and value all of you. I'm back and committed to being present and transparent.

Today was the last of 3 LONG days on the office. 123 this morning - low calories again yesterday because no time to eat much. Looking forward to working at home tomorrow and to the weekend.
Oh, going for a plastics consult tomorrow just to find out cost etc. so I can think about whether I want to get anything done.
