So sorry your medical issues and job are stressing you right now.  Wish I could pass on some words of wisdom but can't give what I don't have.  Good thoughts coming your way!

We had a Subaru outback for a while it was a very economical and trouble free car.  Hope you like your forester as much as we did out outback.

happy to see you!!!!!!!!  I missed you and hoped all was going well.  Gosh, that swelling!

good fun about pilates/gyrotonic studio!  Being able to focus on fitness rather than the scale is such a blessing.

So glad you dropped by! Sorry to hear about the leg. As you know, I get the school stress - boy do I ever! I'm so happy that my building is on the smaller side - just under 500. Though, I miss the days we were a small k-5 school with only 360-370 students.

Glad you got a dog car! I have the a uncool mini van (though it's advertised as the mini van dad loves to drive! LOL). It is so perfect for the dogs. I can't imagine life without it.

Hope the compression stocking does its magic and that the endoscopy shows the repair stuck!

Greetings great ones

132. Curses, no doubt the gravitational pull of the moon has increased or my hair grew a pound overnight. Oh well, the struggle continues and I am grateful my issues are modest compared to most of the world.

Diane O, good to hear from you. Sorry the job stress has been so much and the swelling issues so significant. But it will be great to have a "dog" car so you can take Sadie anywhere. I kept my ancient suv when I got a prius for that reason.

Dave your road sounds dangerous!  County should post a sign that says "Warning, Do Not Eat and Drive Here".  Actually car eating is a really bad habit for so many reasons.

Well the gallery computer is fouling up left and right. For some reason people think I know how to fix it but I have no clue.

After a rainy night the sun is out. Well, gotta go see what the puppy is destroying now.

Keep at it , weight warriors.   Diane S

We are in a curve of the highway.  There should be a sign that says keep your eyes on the road... No, really keep your eyes on the road.  I have re[laced my mailbox at least 4 times in 13 years.

140.2.  Drive by posting today- busy day at work!  Pot luck lunch temptations, I would say I've done averagely decent.  Pushing some water down now.

Have a good day friends!

Heather :)

Late, late today!

All is well -  food is fine, but a little lax and I have not logged today. Had my regular kick my butt Friday workout. That workout always brightens and lightens my mood. It's rewarding to get challenged and meet the challenge (today more easily than I thought!). I get a sense of accomplishment and it helps me realize just how far I've come in the past 5 years.

Looking forward to my scale coming. It will either be here tomorrow or on Monday. Fingers crossed this one works!

Happy weekend to all!
