I weighed in at 125 this morning. Fluctuated all week between 124 to 125.5. Feeling happy,but have to remind myself everyday that I'm not done. I know when I get complacent I gain.

well get used to the fluctuations. We all have them.  My surgeon says not to worry unless its 5 pounds either way. Just make your daily health routine a habit including eating.  Its the one true way.  Welcome. Diane S
