Goal reached today

I reached my goal today of 125 lb. I'd like to maintain between 125 and 130, but I have a lot to learn. I've never been good at maintenance.

Congratulations!  And welcome to the maintenance forum. Lots of great peeps here closing in on their first year of maintenance, in addition to some of who are further out.  We learn a lot from each other, so I'm hoping you'll be a regular visitor and contributor too!

Congratulations on making your goal, awesome work!!  I am new to maintenance as well, maybe 6 weeks or so?  I don't know, time flies when you're having fun!  I have always struggled with maintenance too, I've lost weight a million times only to gain it back plus more.

I really love this board.  Weighing daily and posting it here helps me a lot with accountability.  I have received so much great advice and support as well, everyone here is sharing the same journey and helps to keep each other going.  

I look forward to reading more of your posts and getting to know you.  Congratulations again!!

Welcome to the Wonderful World of Maintenance!  Sounds like a Disneyland ride and it kind of is. But check in often. The support is worth it.   Diane S
