Thursday Sept 29
Good morning! 146, down 0.2. Calories under 1,000 yesterday so hoping I'm just waiting for the scale to catch up and show me some love. I will feel anxious and yucky until I get back under 145. Definitely due for some bathroom time and have slacked on the exercise this week so hopefully it'll all catch up!
3rd long shift in a row today, yuck! I saw several really sad cases yesterday, it's hard not to find comfort in food but I did ok.
Hope all are well! I am grateful for such a safe place to vent, to ask questions, to share the struggles and victories. And I love reading about yours.
Happy Thursday!
Heather

125.8 - same. Getting down to the wire for the move. Not too many loads we can bring over ourselves. Starting the big clean at the old house. I'll just keep chipping away until it is done!
Weather has been chilly here but supposed to get in the low 70's today.
Overall it seems things are going well with our little family here. I so appreciate each and every one of you!
Carpe Diem my friends!
Wt 219 back down 3# yeah! calories 1170
Good food day. Not so much on activity. Did mow part of the yard. It won't be the last time for the season but there won't be many times left. Need to get in some airstream steps to fini**** up.
Fall is my favorite time of the year. Enjoy your Thursday!

124's, yoga'd. Barely made it to adequate steps yesterday, I squeezed the last bit in by walking in circles in the house.
I love fall but had forgotten how chilly the mornings and evenings are. Also, so dark! Trying to figure out a new schedule to keep my work within the boundaries of work hours so that I have more time for things I like.
Yes, onward is a theme around here. Overall, it seems to work.

Checked on the progress of my scale on the UPS tracker this morning. It has arrived in my city. Maybe I will get it tonight. Who knows.
Yesterday ended up not being a day of on plan eating. Lots of little mishaps throughout the day, but mostly because I just didn't want to bother. Did get a good cardio session in - 2.75 miles, 5100 strides, heart rate in the 140 range for 30+ minutes. So, not a total loss for the day.
For dinner we had pizza. I had my single piece with some salad. Ron ate half of a family sized pizza and then another slice a bit later. I was so very thankful for my VSG and rather miffed that he ate so damn much because I had hoped he would use the pizza for his lunches for the next couple of days. With only three pieces left, that ain't going to be!
My 5 year "surgiversary" is coming up in December. I got an email from the RN at my center telling me to schedule an appt. Hmmmm.... Don't want to.
Lucy was much on my mind yesterday. I'm thinking about drafting a children's story using her as a central character.
I love your idea to honor sweet Lucy in a story!

I'm at 114, but no further small room progress. Hopefully things will start working better soon. Basically binged on some crap that DH put in front of us last night, which led to me throwing up. Not a proud moment. Still not feeling settled into my pre-travel habits.
Fun day at work yesterday. They are so giving, really share success as a group. They work on shared commission, which really fosters that sense of cameraderie. We all find things that we think might work for the customers and we all can interact/assist with any customer. Of course as the junior person I don't spend much time styling from beginning to end, but it's good to see how they do it, bring a few pieces and make some suggestions, and also participate in the other systems that support the store.
Got my first pair of free jeans yesterday - the stylists sold enough Fidelity jeans in under three weeks of a four week contest for everyone (including me and the admin staff) to earn a free pair of our choice, compliments of Fidelity. Not sure how familiar you are with Fidelity but they are a top notch Canadian brand sold around the world.
Off to the dentist soon, then hoping to finish yard cleanup this afternoon. Good exercise!

Greetings Knights of the Little Round Table with small portions
Well 131. Just took the dogs for heart worm tests which seems wasteful because they have been on the meds for years. Old dog Liza is pretty foggy but managed to find the dog food display in the waiting room. Always looking for food. Know the feeling.
Well good on Dave for dropping 3 lbs. Interesting how it comes off in chunks and not gradually. Scale Wars - good idea for new reality tv show. New episodes of my favorite were on last night - Storage Wars,
Painter had to quit early yesterday due to sprinkling but is back at it. Almost there. The dogs think he is the man who now lives in our back yard.
Puppy is playing "Torment Dad Chip". Got up early to take the dogs in. Feel like going back to bed.Hmm maybe more storage wars.
Hubby is going to lunch with friends. I will wander down to the studio later today. The gallery sold a lot of stuff yesterday and I am wondering if any of it was mine.
Dave your yogurt mix sounds great. Can't believe that would mess up your eating unless you eat a ton of it. I put flax seed and a little honey on my yogurt. Always have.
Well our grass cutting season is just getting started. Grass grows all winter because it rains. Summer is when it dries up. Tons of yard work to do. Leaves everywhere. Hubby has forgotten how a rake works. Me too. Diane S.
