morning all
thank you for your encouraging words. Arrived home last night worn out. The friend that took me is shopper with a capital 'S'. Not a thrift store was missed and she got some major major deals. I am not a shopper and so was pleased for her.
Heather it sounds like your travels were 'interesting'.
Back to work today and all of what that entails. And the rain is pouring.
Happy Friday all. And oh, food was mostly good. Walking, well, no.
122's, very low activity yesterday.
I am pretty happy it is Friday but I want to walk out the office with all work completed so I better kick into high gear! Safe travels, happy homecoming, enjoy your new jobs or simply embrace your usual skinny life.

Good morning everyone!
Conference day #2. Missing my family terribly but was able to FaceTime last night so that was nice. Conference itself is awesome, great sessions and learning a lot!
No weight obviously. A bit bothered by no recent bathroom activity, hoping that changes today. Planning to hit the treadmill today so hopefully that'll help. If not I will pick up something to help with that when I go check out the big mall later. Food is ok, protein bar again for breakfast. I ordered chicken quesadillas for dinner from room service last night and will have enough for 3 meals! Had to wrap up the extra in a zip lock bag and save them in my fridge in the room. My very first room service experience!!
Gotta go to my next class- have a wonderful day everyone!!

115. Ho hum on the bathroom department - slow progress.
Beautiful fall day here, with the leaves turning colour and bright sunshine. Working the evening shift today, wearing new Steve Madden Freebird boots today (got them at half price, advantage of a small size), so I've got a bit of a western flair going on. Fashion tip - never take a style too literally - better to give it a nod and juxtapose it with something unexpected. Same goes for home decor.
Must admit I'm loving not only having full wardrobe access again but also the freedom to style myself any way I choose for work. Super casual, super dressy - anything goes!

Great tip. When I'm at my "goldilocks" weight (or should Dave and I have a different term?) I love dressing with a flair. Right now not so much. I have some psuedo biker boots with rings and straps that I wear with jeans. I wore them with jeans, but from the waist up I wore cashmere - sweater and sport coat. One of the women in the office took me aside and told me that wearing the boots with that outfit took it to the next level and she looked at me in a way she had never looked at me before. I blushed, but I LOVED the compliment!
Yes! That's exactly how to take things to the next level :). No need to wait until you're at goal either - the reinforcing effect of dressing with a little flair is always positive!
