Greetings Sucky Day Survivors

This too shall pass. My day started with early morning phonically from my mom'c crazy ex roommate who is about to be released from skilled nursing. Just seeing her on the caller ID makes me cringe. Fortunately I found out some good things and she sounds better and I talked to her care manager and things are falling into place so she has home care. And the cat will come home from the kennel but she will be surprised about haircut.

I am just praying she has learned a lesson about not being so nasty to caregivers.  They are saints.

Ate the rest of the barbecue yesterday and am up to 131.5. I am thinking its salt.  Hope so.

So I curled up in a ball and hid under the covers for awhile but avoidance did no good. And facing the issues did a lot of good so thats the lesson of the day.  Face the issues.   Diane S.

But facing the truth is part of the reason I'm having a sucky day! LOL!

Ok, sometimes the truth is ugly. Like my bat wings and pontoon-like inner thighs.  But I am better off than before. So I will take it.

And if I ever sink on the titanic I know my skin pontoons will keep me afloat.   Diane S
