Good morning everyone.
Hang on in there Dave, this could be one of the dreaded stalls and then one fine day the scales will plummet.
A great food day and the steps were 7,888.
heading back to the city tomorrow to see an orthopaedic surgeon about the knee. Hopefully have an answer and a list of proper exercises to do. Because don't know what is the problem some of the exercises have caused more aggravation.
and so we carry on because it is what we do best!!
Scale dead. New batteries did nothing to revive it. I've written Taylor/Homedics and am waiting for a reply. Will not purchase another Taylor/Homedics product anytime soon.
Head is in a bad place - food wise, weight wise. I am going through an "I don't give a ****" phase. Lack of a scale for daily accountability adds to the feelings of reckless abandon.
Haha. What really ****** me off about those times is when there's no 'good' reason for them! Thank gawd mood are temporary

Still at 116 but poop problems are partially to blame. Day off and close to home so hope to get things moving. Feast or famine on that front, always.
Fell into a snack DH brought out late evening, even though I had zero hunger and was perfectly content until I saw it. Not only did I eat it but asked for more. Fortunately there wasn't any. A highly processed slider food, designed to gorge on!
My head isn't entirely in the game right now. I think I've got too many things to think about with the new job so that's understandably taking up a lot of my mental energy at the moment. Transitions are like that for me, but usually don't last, so hoping to pick up the mantle with more thoughtful choices shortly.
