2 years post op.  All my labs that came back are good.  He did add on a thyroid and said it should have been on there in the first place.  Pending.

Rode my bike 6 miles in the cool of the morning then went home and rode my lawnmower 6 acres. I've been mowing my neighbor's yard to ever since I borrowed his (while repairing mine) and broke it.  It is a small repair but I told him it is therapeutic for me to make tall grass shorter. So he has been in no hurry to fix it.

Paula - Happy packing,  sounds like it is going fast

Shel - On the paper work. Divide and conquer.  Start with one don't look at the whole pile.

Diane S. Happy Birthday!  I like the smell of fresh paint but I don't like to do it.

Diane O. Hope work stress is better today.

Devon - Great that you felt 'done' mid cookie.  I have never felt that but am not through the book yet. I read at night and keep falling asleep.

Carbon -  I would have a hard time doing a fecal transplant. Even with research to back it up.

Linda - Sounds like you are loving your new job.

Heather- Hope stabilizing your weight goes well with no stress.

Good morning!   Forgot to weigh this morning but should be about the same.  Ok eats and activity yesterday.  Did ok on paperwork yesterday, more coming today.

I am wearing my mindful pants, my LBL swelling is down enough that they can be worn.  Also wearing horizontal stripes top.  It is my own sartorial version of a talisman to ward off junk food.

Happy birthday DianeS!  And happy 2 years, Dave!

Have a great day, Shel

Great celebrations going on: anniversaries, birthdays, paperwork and packing accomplishments, maintenance range determinations, packing feats, new career excitement....  Yeah us !!!!

134's.  I close on my refinance tomorrow. Next week should start to smooth out at work. Have to clean out my barn (glorified shed) and get the snow blower out before the pool guy buries it, as he's shutting down the pool tomorrow.  One moment at a time !!!

Greetings Great Buddies!

Age 65 and 130.5.  Feels a lot better than age 58 and 247 pounds,

Hubby brought me candy and cookies. Those have got to go. I will eat one and take the rest to the studio.

Out to dinner tonight at a place where I can order a nice appetizer as a meal and they don't care.

Sounds like everyone is hanging in there and living the skinny life. Good on all of you.

People keep telling me I look thinner. I am not. Just saggier. Or pants old and therefore baggier.

Whew yesterday was a whirlwind of paint store, Part D paper work and Costco with the longest lines I can recall. Today I plan to do nothing but play with clay. Tee hee.

Puppy is almost 6 months old and is a brat brat brat. Good thing she is so cute.

Hugs to all my skinnies. The house painter is here. More entertainment.

First, Happy Birthday, Diane!

215 on the money today. All is going well, in the food department, I suppose. I'm not feeling the need to compulsively eat today and that is always a win! I chuckle at myself sometimes because I'm so "see food" oriented. That old joke about being on the "see food" diet has always applied to me. Not so much a joke, as it is my truth. It's nice to notice that my "see food" orientation is changing for the positive. Seeing food doesn't necessarily translate into having to eat it anymore. When I do succumb/decide to eat the "see food" it seems to have far less of a hold than it did just a few months ago. Positive steps.

Ace is now 5 1/2 months old and over 40 pounds. I am wondering if there will ever come a time that he realizes he is not lap dog size. Not going to lie and say I don't melt that he still wants to come up in my lap and sleep. It's pretty darn cute.

NEED. TO. POOP!!!!! ARGHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Haven't been stopped up like this in a while. Booooooooooo! Maybe when I finally do I'll see a little scale drop. A boy can wish, can't he?
