Thursday September 1st
Am continuing on the path of tracking. I started the Thin Woman's Brain yesterday, too. Not far into it, but it rings familiar. I am also pleased that it seems to focus on CBT - something I'm incorporating into my healing. I had two good moments yesterday when I was able to acknowledge head hunger and move away from it, understanding and honoring the trigger.
Down 3 pounds since Tuesday morning. Peed all night, so clearly I was letting go of water.
Was given my first food gift of the school year. Sigh... have no idea what it is and really don't want to know.
Still in No Man's Land, but feeling more relaxed about it.
