127.2. It has been awhile since I was the one to start the thread! Calories have been good, choices only so-so. Just like Dave and his yogurt and nuts obsession, I am finding myself on a Quest bar kick. Might eat 3-4 per day. Mostly because life has been so hectic and it is a quick grab and go plus the chocolate chunk one soothes my cravings for junk. When things settle down some I will need to work in other choices. Darn - meant to pick up my Sargento Balanced Breaks yesterday at Costco and forgot!
The packing shall begin this week. Yikes! Still don't have a new place to live yet but we found a house in the neighboring town that will work out if a local one that we are checking out on Thursday doesn't work out. Busy month ahead of us!
Love to you all!
Paula
WT 218 something Cal 1414 Had some flying food issues with some crackers and peanut butter. I think I had a blood sugar issue so I ate. By the time I was feeling better the calories added up. I don't normally have issues with my blood sugar.
Been cleaning out the spare bedroom/junk room. We donated the bed. We keep bee stuff, bulk food dry goods, a freezer, donate box, out of season clothes extra junk in there. Paula, I know where you are headed with the packing. We have a small house and have been down sizing for years so our next move should be easy except for the shop.
Inspect your Expectations. Don't be too hard on yourselves.

Morning all
oh Linda and Shel... You have my mother's heart. Not sure quite what to say but am sending hugs.
flying food is spreading. Avoided a cookie attack but only by eating all the cloud bread.....5 pieces.
another wonderful day. And Paula and Dave. Packing!!! Ouch.
127.2 today. LOVE Sargento balanced breaks !!! Also enjoying my home grown tomatoes, basil, and fresh mozzarella from Trader Joes.
My home is getting back in good order, after all of the things I moved because of the flooring. Packing is so hard, but weeding out / throwing out feels so good !!!
Dave... sage advice today. Everyone take some time to be gentle with yourselves, and deflect that flying food !!

145.2 today so nice move in the right direction! I'm not seeing patients today but no such thing as a "day off". Taking the youngest to the pediatrician, a couple errands and then soccer this evening. Going to grab some balanced breaks to try...would not have done them in weight loss due to carbs but a nice treat now. Also want to give cloud bread another whirl since I flopped my last one.
Have a good day my fabulous friends!!

One of my biggest rewards after a year of successful maintenance was trusting my body and understanding how the scale is influenced by my actions. You're of to a good start!

123's, good steps yesterday
I love the Sargento's BB's as well. Don't keep them around very often for that very reason. In regards to flying food, I am going to try to keep my office clear of food unless it is specifically a meal time. My brain resists but I am committed to avoid flying food/grazing.
I have also been trying to clear house of clutter --- layer by layer. It does feel great.
I'm wearing new booties with tassels. I feel fancy :)
