Good morning family!
Dave- your work on the Airstream is so impressive, I am not gifted in that way!
Paula, good luck to your son with his surgery today! Hope all goes smoothly.
Hope the rest of you are well and happy!
147.2- no change from yesterday. Will try to be right on plan today, tomorrow is my one year surgiversary, would like to be under my 148 goal. Did a good 45" on my elliptical this morning. When I think back to one year ago on the liquid diet and wondering if this was the right thing I am so grateful!
Off work today so spending the day on random stuff...laundry, cleaning the birds cage, running to the vet for the dogs meds, bringing son to soccer. None of it exciting but feeling relaxed. Also hoping to spend some time on my knitting. I haven't been making time for it and am trying to work on that. Our bariatric program psychologist had us make some goals and one of mine was to knit myself a sweater. I had only made myself hats and scarves because it was too depressing. So now I am making myself a sweater (size medium!!). I am working on the second sleeve and then the collar to do. I am finding the process very therapeutic!
Have a wonderful day family!!! Much love!

He's a ****atiel, a gift for my daughter on her 10th birthday. We've had him 2 years now and I'd be lying if I said I was a fan. He's VERY loud and a touch messy. But he can be entertaining as well and good for the kids so I deal with him!! :)

The info above is from the website I thought about subbing somethings for the cream cheese but it really isn't weighing in much per piece
I had 13 rounds from my batch this morning. Interesting stuff that I like playing with but also keeping in mind that I don't think it will do much for pyloric Valve closing.

It ain't called Cloud Bread for nothing! LOL! It is like eating air. I think you could eat close to an entire batch before feeling sated. I don't make them that often and when I do I limit myself to two.
I, too, experiment with herbs and spices. I was quite pleased with my cinnamon cloud bread - a touch of cinnamon in the mix, bake and top with a smear of butter and a cinnamon and truvia mix. Totally worked for my sweet tooth that day.
