5' 4" tall, HW: 242, SW:215.4 Weight Loss - pre-op: - 26.6, M1: -15.4, M2: -16, M3: -11.4, M4: -11.2, M5: -12.2, M6: -7.4, M7: -7.8, M8: -2.0 Goal of 130 lbs. reached at 8 months, 2 days post-op!

Carbon, I'm hoping your difficulties have lifted.  You have been in my thoughts today.  I really beat myself up when I get off track.  We are much harder on ourselves than we ever deserve.  I have a pit bull that I rescued, she poops in the shop, she doesn't come when she is called she is under foot all the time.  She has cost me hundreds in vet bills.  But I don't hate her.  I give that hobbling pit bull more love than I give myself.  She's had a hard life and she is doing the best she can.  I wish I could love myself like that dog loves me.  Hope this makes sense.
