TGIF August 19, 2016

Thank you for your response. I don't often workout as vigorously as you do and sometime find I'm more hungry on my moderate workout days as well. I don't usually eat way over calories when I exercise but I do get hungrier (which makes sense!).

I liked your "big idea" running through your head today!

146 today, down 1.8.  My scale is flying all over the place!  Got my run in this morning, not pretty but I did it.

Avoided bad choices despite a busy day at work.  Straight to the campground to meet the family when I get out.  Halloween weekend at the campground this weekend so will need to make sure I lay off the candy.  I have my good protein packed and will allow one treat per day!  They also have 2 pools with a waterslide and a river for tubing so I will be very active.  I love that I can participate now instead of being on the sidelines watching!!

Greetings Successful Skinnies

Sounds like everyone is doing pretty well. Its a good thing.

I personally am absolutely thrilled because I got a call and my mom gets to move to the assisted living unit we wanted. I told them not to bother recarpeting it because it is reportedly quite nice and my moms wheel chair sometimes leaves spots. Not true but we just want in there fast. So I will have to make a quick trip out there but hallelujah , never so happy to see Omaha in my life. The issues are not over because crazy roommate will probably criticize me and fight with me but oh well. Need several pair of big girl panties.  The unit my mom gets has two bedrooms and even though it costs a bit more, its worth it to get in there and then i can stay in the other room. Wish I had somebody to go party with.

Oh and still holding at 130. Amazingly this stress with my mom does not make me want to overeat but it sure does make me want a glass of red wine or two. 

Puppy got rabies shot. her ears are kind of wonky which is in part due to teething. Kairk, ever have to glue ears? I've done it but its been years.

She is busy torturing her dad who is finally pretty well recovered from being fixed.

And I finally got to go to the new natural foods store in our town. Quite nice though they are not quite fully stocked. Still I can see being a regular there. Almost walking distance (if you are Carbon) lol.

Diane, I don't know how to make a You Tube video.  But if the scale doesn't straighten up and act consistent soon it could very well fly out a window!!  ;)

Lol I have no clue either. Maybe we should all take iPhone videos of us running over, sledge hammering or throwing scales out the wicows. Or burning calorie books.

sometimes I get so sick of this but it's like brushing teeth and emptying trash - gotta just do it.
