Wt 218.8 up .8  Calories 1455  I've got to get control of intake.

Food choices were no better. I seemed to grab something every time I walked in the house.  Figs only have 23 cal each.  But just like chocolate chips I can't eat just one.   I had no problem getting my liquids in.

Mower back together after 2 attempts.  Grass was so tall the the tractor overheated.  Had to stop and let it cool off.  Mowing just  before bedtime makes for sleeping well. It would have been a high step day but I keep losing count.

I am so grateful for this group and OH in general.  I have learned so much and enjoy the interaction.

156.3# I thought I'd post early as this week has been very busy working in the library!!!  I've not had time to sit down much and my computer is not hooked up at school.  When I get home, I'm reading posts but then have fallen asleep. Heh!  I have managed to keep my workout schedule this week. And, my food has been on point.

Love to all...

Good Morning All !!

124's this morning.  Found a self propelled mower on sale I couldn't pass up yesterday.  Devon... the guy I found to mow was a "one man company", and was going to charge me $45 a shot.  I agree, I'd never touch a lawn service.  See the vascular surgeon today for next steps regarding Eliquis, Lasix, compression, wound care.  Hope to return to work full time next week.

Everyone dealing with oppressive heat and humidity today, stay hydrated and out of the heat !!  Heat index supposed to be 105+ here today.

Hope the appointment is positive! You know, I confess that I do think of you throughout the day hoping you're on the mend. Your weight drop had me worried a bit. I'm glad you're on it!

Hugs!!!!

Good morning all!

149.2, up 0.4 but not worried about it as yesterdays loss was a big jump down.  Just hoping to settle in the 140's and start the slow downward trend again to get the last 10 lbs or so off.

Holy hot!!  97 degrees here today, up in Maine we ain't used to this.  Wicked hot!  Maybe not a bad day to be at work and will keep the water intake nice and high today.  Finally picked up the grocery order last night so grateful to have all my good choices back.  I was struggling with a couple days of having to wing it.

Last work day of 4 10+ hour shifts in a row so looking forward to a couple days off.  We are camping again this weekend, hoping the weather report changes a bit for us as its not too great right now.  But better than work so will not complain!

Hope all are well and happy- have a great day and stay cool!

Heather
