Greek yogurt with berries, cottage cheese with salt and pepper and a Quest Bar, eggs with meat (eggs alone don't hold me either), dinner leftovers (meat and veg), smoked salmon with cream cheese and capers

Monday's the day I record my weight too. I like to do it post weekend because it's another little thing I do to keep my weekend choices in check.

127 today.  Again a very VERY low energy day yesterday and more calories than needed.  Evening grazing. Fatigue is such a trigger!

Very few steps although I did make myself get to Costco and grocery store.  Slept soundly last night even with the daytime napping.

Onward!  I think I feel better today, both in energy and brain.  Even if it turns out to be another day of fatigue, I am going to let my pre-loaded MFP plan rule my actions.  Intentions matter.    I need to get back to the brain re-wiring book as well.  I need some re-wiring!

Reading your posts everyday truly helps.  Thanks so much for sharing.

Shel

The thin woman's brain by Dilial Suriel

It is about how Cognitive Behavior Training can flex your brain into someone who naturally thinks/eats thin. DianeO was the first to read it here on the board, I think.

I'm not sure that I love everything about the book but am a believer in CBT for other disease states so why not eating?  I'm just getting to the part where she starts to describe what to DO so now I just need to get thru that and then hopefully apply that structure, esp while I still have some time off work.

Morning all.

a new day/week to make better choices.

Calories were 1766 with lousy choices in the morning.   Managed to snap out of it by noon but damage done.   Walking 6999 steps.   Am so very out of shape it's scary.

Happy Monday !

Holding at 114. Not so bad after being on holidays for about seven weeks. Making small choices that seem to help me keep things in check. I've become very aware of those small but super important choices because they are different than DD and DH choices.

We had such a good day together yesterday. Chatting, laughing, mini golf, cooking and finished with watching an family favourite movie. Today we're going to head into the little touristy town to poke around and get some lunch. All is well here.

Wishing all of you a happy and healthy day!

Greetings Beautiful Buddies

Yay, 130 today on the dot.  If I could just get a peek into the 120s it would be awesome. Today's missions are to try to get my mother moved to the assisted living wing, choose paint colors for the house, get new art out of the kiln, and arrange in the gallery. Probably won't get the paint picked nor get the move done but at least get info on all.

Yikes Shel, too bad you have to work with a brownie bandit. People just don't get it - how fast a few indulgences can turn into a major problem.

Puppy Tesla is now able to jump up on our bed which she couldn't do before because it is sort of high. Life as we know it is over. Old dogs always retreated there to escape her torture. She keeps chewing up pieces of wood from the yard - thinks she is a termite.

Well stay the course on this ship of maintenance me hearties.  Diane S.

123.  I don't like gaining... I got sucked into the allure of lower numbers. Have to refocus on why 129-134 is my healthy range.  God, seeing that scale go down is addictive.
