Good Morning! 

Wt 219.0 up .8 This is an upward trend that I am not liking.  Cal 1325

Worked a little on the airstream.  Added an electrical outlet above the sink. Back on the woodwork today. May have to mow today.  So much rain.

131.0. Officially over my goal weight by one pound! I want to be back to 123 by my PS surgery date of 11/1/16. Now to make that happen. I know what to do, just have to actually do it. Goals for today are to have nothing in the junk category and get in some much needed exercise! Off to pack a protein forward lunch and some healthy snacks for my workday!

Back to basics for the both of us today :)   I think we will both feel better!

158.6#...that's what happens when you have a loose night of eating and drinking.  I'm back on track but it just ****** me off.  Onward...

Workout scheduled today with my trainer.  And, then going to school to finish up cleaning out my room. This morning will probably be my last relaxing morning.  It's been fun!  

My parents popped in yesterday for a short visit.  My Dad is going to build a shelf above our toilet in our master bathroom.  I can't wait!  Tomr, we're measuring for flooring.  We'll see how much of the house we can afford.

Good morning everyone!

I still consider Monday my "official" weigh in day even though I weigh daily.  Today I am 150.2 which is exactly the same as last week.  Considering it was a very carb heavy weekend I will take it.  Today my plan is to knuckle through a very low carb day to kick some of the cravings.  Of course I get to work and someone has made brownies...sigh.  I am promising myself to try not to touch them.  Got up this morning and ran 3 miles which I am proud of...I have promised myself to recommit to exercise.  I always enjoy it once I motivate and get my butt in gear.

Question...what are your breakfast go-to foods?  I have been eating one egg with 2 egg whites scrambled and either bacon or sausage every day.  Soooo tired of it.  I made cottage cheese pancakes from Eggface blog once a couple weeks ago, delicious but a little carby.  Would appreciate some new ideas!

Back to work.  I will not eat the brownies, I will not eat the brownies....

I doubt that my usual breakfast routine will help but here it is.  Usually, I have 2-3 oz of a protein leftover from dinner or from my stash of freezer proteins (braised pork tenderloin, chicken thigh plus bean, etc)  Additionally,   I also have a couple oz of yogurt plus 6 grams of bran buds.  

3 times a week, I have Killer Dave 60 calorie bread plus peanut butter, plus 3-4 oz of yogurt with some bran buds. 

Sadly, I have never found eggs to be very satisfying. 

Brownies aren't satisfying, either ;)   (I will not eat the brownies.....)

It got worse Shel...not only are there brownies in the building, a very well meaning person wrapped up 2 of them and put them right on top of my Tupperware of eggs and sausage for breakfast!!  I moved them aside and will probably throw them away at some point when she doesn't see.  It's hard because this woman bakes all the time and she says since I am skinny I can have treats.  It's hard for people to understand the slippery slope of my food addiction :(

Wow, is this person also in health care?????   Yes, just throw them away as quickly as possible.

The one baker I work with sent me a nice note saying that out of respect for my weight loss that she was deliberately going to just send me words of thanks rather than cookies of thanks.

She's one of our front desk people Shel.  Super sweet and means well but it's a challenge for me!!  The end of the story is that I kept them in my bag all day and gave them to my teenager.  I'm very proud as that's a huge victory for me.  Calories 883 for me today with only 23 grams of carbs and 86 grams of protein.  One day at a time, and today I am stronger than my addiction!

Good for you!  My best work buddy makes killer shaped sugar cookies about 3 times a year. She still gives me a small bag but it is tightly sealed with a ribbon and she firmly says "this is for DD."  In some ways, it has been good practice for me to transport it to my DD without opening.  As you said "stronger than my addiction".
