Congrats on your surgery, so exciting!!  Right now is "prime time" for your weight loss so work hard and ask any questions you have.  The surgery will work if you do the work.  Best thing I ever did!!

Well 130.5 today. A lovely sunny day here. Gotta feed the neighbor's dog, go rearrange the art show, entertain Tesla's visitors, and get some walking in somewhere. 

I confess I am the one who pre cleans for the cleaning lady. After hand surgery a year ago I decided I just had to get housework help. But the puppy shreds cardboard and brings in junk from the yard and my husband covers every horizontal surface with junk that must be cleared away. We are messy people. 

Nice necklace Dave. I studied silver jewelry making a zillion years ago and know how hard it can be to get a good silver solder joint without melting the whole thing. Good job. 

Watched some olympics last night. Amazing what those young people can do. They must have to eat and eat to sustain that activity.

Another no weight. I actually got one, but it was mid-day and with clothes on just to see where I might land tomorrow. Don't think I will like the landing zone. Eating was only so/so as expected. Could have been better, could have been way worse. Back on track tomorrow. No real exercise but a good amount of busyness steps.
