Good Morning ! I wanted to correct my day/date error from yesterday. Can't even blame the meds !
126.8 today. I was really at peace with 129 being the low end of my range. I can feel the desire to see a lower and lower number being reactivated. Can't wait to finish the antibiotic and hopefully the nausea will resolve. I was able to have a lymphatic massage yesterday, prior to my wrap. It was a very positive experience. I had my head in a good place, and visualized fluids being drawn to my healthy lymph nodes to be flushed out. I made it my job to drink lots of water too.
Downloaded two books to my Kindle yesterday. The End of Overeating, recommended by Diane S. and Kairk sounds like a good read. A MFP blog also highly recommended The Thin Woman's Brain: Rewiring the Brain for Permanent Weight Loss, by Dilia Suriel. That book explores the physiological differences between the brains of naturally thin women an women *****main thin through sheer white knuckled willpower. Using CBT to establish neuron networks mapped like naturally thin women is a focus. Haven't really gotten far, but seems research based and aligned with where I am, and where I want to be.
Have great days exploring, cleaning, increasing activity, encountering wildlife, and confronting and overcoming the challenges you may encounter while protecting your skinny.

126.6, we are almost weight twinsies today Diane! Good start to some cleaning yesterday, no exercise but did go bike shopping and ordered one - should get it next Wednesday. I have no idea what I hit, but all of sudden by font was bold and huge! Still pretty dark!
Work today and then I'm not sure what. Hopefully I can get in a good walk at work. Thinking I might do a fish boil with salmon, baby reds and sweet corn for dinner.
Hope everyone has a splendid weekend!
Good morning all! No TGIF for me, I'm working all weekend!
Weight is 150 today, up from yesterday. Not a surprise since absolutely nothing in my life (including calories and especially carbs) went as planned yesterday. Started and ended the day in tears (not over food but other stressors) but it ultimately effected my choices.
Today is a new day. Off to a 12 hour shift covering the ED and lots of protein in the old lunch bag. Am also going to try increasing my fats. I've been buying low fat products mostly as I always automatically think it's the "right" thing to do. But going to try changing it up based on what seems to work for others here. Also downloaded both of those books based on recommendations from kairk and Diane. I'm excited to check them out!
Have a great day all...many thanks for the advice and support!!

Totally agree with increasing fats. I prefer that for my macros but it also promotes fewer processed foods which also agrees with how I want to eat in general.

Morning all.
sorry for the tears, The song: " Mama said there would be days like this, days like this Mama said. " came to mind. Have had them myself.
glad that lymph is draining. Well done.
a good food day but again very little walking. I did walk at my volunteer place, back and forth, back and forth for about three hours and ' the leg' was so swollen could hardly get jeans off. Am sure that most of us have had similar issues so know just how frustrating the whole thing is.
Enough! A brand new day!
Happy Friday all. Thanks for the reading suggestions.
It is Friday where did the week go?
Wt 211.5 same as yesterday Calories 1313
Busied myself yesterday. Bush hogged a couple of small fields. Listened to an audiobook. A lot of bouncing on my back. I'm going to let it rest today. Eating has been ok. I had 2 premier protein bars (15gm) yesterday because they were easy. I don't like to eat them because I'm afraid they would be habit forming. I found some dark chocolate in the pantry last evening that added 210 calories but it was good enough to repeat this morning for breakfast.

The farm girl in me wants to know what bush hogging a field is.
By the way, I am working my way thru firefly and enjoying it. Since I restarted walking, I started a new audiobook, Lincoln/Team of Rivals. I love books but am not terribly sophisticated (I generally enjoy young adult fiction, for example) and was afraid the Lincoln book would be boring. I was pleasantly surprised that it was quite engaging and I am looking forward to getting to my morning walk just to listen.

LOL Bush hogging is mowing bigger tall stuff in a field to prevent it from returning into a forest. It is about 6" tall when you get it mowed. You can tall grasses, bushes and 4" saplings with a bush hog. Not much of a workout with the AC.
DW finds all kinds of books on CD at goodwill for $3.50. We listen to them in the car going to Little Rock about an hour away. Some of them make you want to drive around a while. Recently listened to 12 years a slave, listening to The Historian. Both of them were very well written and read.
