126.8 - down. I've decided my Goldilocks number is 123.0. Will try to get back down to that. Calories lower yesterday (maybe less than 1,200), no "junk" entries and 13,600 steps yesterday, including a nice 70 minute walk. Got a lot of other "stuff" done too so it was a productive day. Work today, as always, will try and get a walk in at lunch if no meeting is scheduled.
Hope all those that are hurting are feeling at least a bit better today, those that are struggling emotionally will feel a lightened load and those fighting disordered eating tendencies will have success today! Love to you all!

Wt. 220.8 up 0.4 Cal 1200 on the dot. The watermelon is gone the Yogurt withdrawal is still ok. Food is on plan. Those pants will fit again. The fat person in me is pitching a fit.
Plan to work on Airstream. More cabinet work.
13,600 steps...WOW
Prayers of healing to all.

Carbon, it's gotta be incredibly tough for someone as active as you to be down with a bum knee. Pain is so debilitating :(

Good morning fam! Can hardly believe I'm up so early. It's not my nature. Scale has reported 115 the past two days, which is important feedback for me to have. There was a small part of me that was beginning to think I was getting away with my bad behavior so I'm actually thankful for the truth bomb.
As anticipated, food offerings are difficult with the endless visiting and the stress that's there with the bizarre company I'm keeping this week. Eight straight hours of visiting was very tiring yesterday but fortunately DH got that reality check too, which means his visiting schedule may wane a little. At least I hope so. It's interesting how easily he forgets the level of dysfunction within his family, but I'm thankful it has become more obvious to him when he's with with them.
Today we will head back into town to pick up our truck which needed some servicing and do a little grocery shopping. And more visiting. Sigh. But I have to give DH full marks for attempting to initiate a conversation about family addiction with his mom yesterday, which of course she was quick to shut down. She is very skilled at jumbling what is said so that it seems like nonsense. And for once, I didn't debrief with DH after, so I didn't cause him any extra sadness around what seems liked a hopeless situation. No wine or evening snacks for me either so that was a win!
Below is a pic of Bailee watching a recent hailstorm. Instead of being afraid, he was fascinated by it. The loud banging on the RV was of no concern, even when three of our five roof vents broke!
