Greetings Healing Skinnies:
Dear Diane Ocean, so glad you are getting out and sound much better. You are right to not even consider weighing. Whatever it is will be out of whack. So sorry for the ongoing lymphoma. What causes that anyway? So hoping you can improve that and get back to the good life of being skinny.
Kairk, no shame in feeling jealousy. I feel jealous every time I read Carbon's steps. We should just try to turn it into inspiration. I am still at 131.5 despite 6500 steps which for me is good and proper eating. Two dog walks, Costco, Target, thrift store donations plus cleaning out pottery studio (sort of).
Love love the picture at the lake. So beautiful. Thanks for sharing your great trip. Makes me think how we live in one of the most beautiful places there is - redwood county on the northern california coast. We should go more and visit these wonders.
Thinking of names to register the puppy. Might be Highfire Test My Patience of Royal Oaks.
Art gallery membership meeting tonight. Another food trap. It actually ends up being sort of a ****tail party with a smattering of business thrown in. I will take some fancy olives from the coop or grapes.
So Dr. Cirangle had mentioned this green juice cleanse. Not sure I am up for three days of that but I did find a ready made pressed veggie drink at Target called "Evolution Green Devotion" . Unlike many such drinks, it has no apple in it. Even the ones with apple are only about 70 calories. Might be a good late night snack.
Trying to house break the puppy. I took some of her indoor turds and put them outside. She managed to drag them all over the deck. Test my Patience indeed. Need more coffee.
