Friday July 1st. Thank goodness for that!! And Happy Canada Day.

Good Afternoon!!!  Andy and I mowed this morning. Afterwards, I got a walk in so I felt good about that!  My scale has moved to 158.5#...so some hope to be at 155# by the 18th. That would put me in a good position for vacation. However, if I'm not there...it will be what it will be.  I know I'm doing my part.  I know I keep saying this but I am committed to eating healthy food while in NM.  If I say it enough maybe I can do it. 

Dinner with friends tonight.  Wine.  No dessert.  Planning on salmon and a veggie or salad.

Hoping everyone enjoys the weekend.  We're planning to drive to Robber's Cave tomr to see what there is to see and hike.  Fireworks from our patio:)
