Lots of vacations coming up with this group, me included.  Hubby and will leave for Eugene Oregon on Thursday, so I can attend a knitting and fiber festival.  Then we will go to Portland, Vegas and Parker, Arizona from there.  We'll be gone 8 days, so I have to be mindful of my eating and my snacking.  

139.4 today, up a pound from yesterday.  It was 111 here and I was outside part of the day, and I know I'm not drinking enough to fight the heat.  Today is better, and I have been drinking and peeing all day, so should be awarded tomorrow morning.  It's 23 degrees cooler today than yesterday...unbelievable!

Tomorrow is a beauty day before VaCa begins. Manicure, pedicure and haircut to enjoy, so I will be so ready to be leaving on a jet plane.
