Seriously, I'm sorry, Diane. Hurtful words from someone who is trying to demean, demoralize and CONTROL you - albeit passive aggressively. You deserve someone who loves you for who you are no matter your size.
How can he be so horrible to you, especially when he showed up as a "surprise"? At least you know he will never change, and final means FINAL. Congratulations on doing this for yourself. You are the one that matters!
Having your sisters in town must be a huge help for your emotionally. Hope you had a wonderful time with them.

Long day filled with puppy people. By tomorrow, we will be down to three pups. The next will leave on Wednesday. Then Thursday we will be off to Long Beach for a weekend of dog shows.
Weight is steady. Up .2 today. Excellent work out yesterday followed by great cardio session - 2.6 miles.
running on 5 hours of sleep today. Guess what? Had the munchies all day long. Goal is for tonight is 7 hours. So off to bed I go!
