124.8 Now that is what I like to see! Loaded up on fluids yesterday and peed all night - not sure if the number reflects dehydration or not - probably some of it! Calories were low yesterday, in fact they were under by 500 calories after dinner so the family and I went to Cherry Berry for a treat last night. I still made good choices - no sugar added, non fat frozen yogurt topped with blueberries and strawberries but is was nice to do that and the kids were extra excited as we don't go out for frozen treats anymore! No exercise yesterday, just wasn't feelin' it!
Work a short (extra) day today and then have to get ready for floor cleaners tomorrow. Having all carpets cleaned and the grout in the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, sunroom and downstairs bath done.

Good Morning!!! I'm back from our romantic bed and breakfast getaway. We had a lovely time and we were active!!! I did indulge but for the most part made good choices. My scale said 162.1# this morning. I'm a little disappointed but it is what it is... We walked a lot and Tuesday we hiked Enchanted Rock and a couple of trails. Very challenging for me. I never would have thought about hiking pre-surgery. In fact, at Yellowstone I sat in the car. I did stay back at one point this time on Enchanted Rock because I was chicken. It was very steep!!! My calves are really telling me about it. Last night, instead of sitting on my butt, I went to the Y for cardio and Body Flow. Monday, I did feel out of control in the stores that gave free samples and had to reign myself in. (Fat Girl Moment) So, I'm hoping that the weight gain is sore muscles and not enough water...and it drops some. I'm probably deserving of some of it! lol We were in wine country after all...
I'm off to the Y today for Body Flow and who knows what else...

I feel like my life is a freight train that is overloaded, going too fast and navigating twists and turns. Food, tho, is generally ok. Activity is a bit off but not bad. Having lifestyle habits in place brings me at least one corner of peace.

Hello everyone! 161.8 yesterday. Calories on the high end around 1650.
Going to try not to label my food choices so much. I expected yesterday to be a little higher since DH and I went to see a movie and so I had a hotdog and split a real Coke with him. Where I could've improved is my 2 snickerdoodle cookies snack--but man, oh man did they hit the spot. And the scale is down today and it's a new day so it's ok.
Yesterday's Eats
B: 1/2 banana bread bagel, poached egg, coffee
S: luna bar
L: grilled chicken strips, leftover zucchini with feta, spoonful tabbouleh
S: 2 snickerdoodle cookies
D: big all meat hotdog and soda
Today is the 5th anniversary of the day I met my husband (which was also a Thursday). We met at karaoke (ha!) so we plan to pilgrimage there tonight. I know I'll have a drink or two so my goal is to keep it clean until dinner.
