Happy Hump Day !!
130 even today. I meet with my therapist tonight, and begin the next phase of real work.
I think I could do glamping ! Sounds like a great adventure! So glad you'll have your home to return to, Linda !
Diane... I'll be thinking of you and your husband today. Hopefully, your B-I-L will pull his weight in the process.
The weekend is coming ! Stay the course, and everything will fall into place.

127 on the DOT. A near perfect eating day yesterday ('bout time!) and 45 minutes of step aerobics. Felt good to be "on plan"! There were frost warnings just north of me last night - seriously? This is JUNE people! Supposed to be in the 90's over the weekend - go figure!
I am going zip lining with the scouts on Saturday. I've gone on the outing before but have not participated in the zipping. This year my skinny self is going to do it - dang it! Lol! I'm looking forward to the adventure.
Work meeting over the lunch hour, so no exercise while at work. Will try to get in something tonight.
Wishing you all an on point day!
Paula
Happy hump day.
Good job Paula! And yay to all the fun things we get to do (aka LIVING!) as skinnies! I've ziplined a couple times, and just went parasailing, and have done coasters etc.--woohoo to freedom!
Still feeling pretty at peace with eating and the scale. That's exactly where I want to be. It was 162.8 this morning, so I'm starting to doubt my "it's all water weight" theory. But I'm pretty happy with my body, pretty happy with my eating, I feel good, I'm alive, I'm healthy, and I've got a lifetime to get this down. So not much to be upset about there.
Yesterday's eats 1215; no formal exercise, just a lot of picture hanging
B: 1/2 cinnamon raisin english muffin, poached egg, coffee with creamer
L: 4 oz. smoked chicken breast with bbq sauce, side of green beans
Snack attack: (I tried to keep it healthy!): 3 c. salted caramel popcorn (it's diet-y kind), tuna packet, nutz over chocolate luna bar
D: lemon-garlic shrimp skewer, grilled italian zucchini and onions
122.6 today
Zero exercise yesterday because of kiddo orchestra final concert of the year.
Sleep stinks again, mostly my own doing. Must turn it around (but even as I type that I am thinking....maybe tomorrow night rather than tonight.)

Morning all! Another gorgeous day here in Waterton. Had a great sleep and we are taking the bikes down into Montana today. Late snow dump in the mountains here means many of our usual riding routes are still closed. We will have to come back this way again later in the season - but we have the freedom to do so - how cool is that?
Food has been Vacay style but in control. We roasted marshmallows last night! Haven't done that in years. They were tasty and I didn'ts overindulge. In the past I would have eaten the entire bag and looked around for more.
Diane S. I'm thinking of you this morning, sending love and strength.

194. 12 lbs to my low weight. Scheduled my 2 year checkup for 7/6 which gives me almost 4 weeks to get back to the 180s.
NSV this past Sunday - sightseeing tour with friends, including a visit to a local lighthouse and I was the only one in the large group who would attempt the stairs. Not only did I run up the stairs, I was not winded. Crazy!
Greetings favorite skinny people
131.5 today. Husband of hubby's sister finally got back to town. He said Darlene had left a folder of instructions for after her passing that he is going to look at before deciding anything. Meanwhile, the other two sisters and their kids are all planning on coming up here for a memorial family reunion in a week or so. I predict some drama. And our house is a wreck with the siding project and puppy. House keeper comes to clean today and the living room is covered with newspapers and cardboard that puppy Tesla has shredded. One sister will want to take over the kitchen and cook elaborate meals and make a huge mess. They are a fun but loud bunch and all highly musical.
And there is an elephant in the living room. Literally. A friend had made a beautiful sculpture of an elephant that is pretty large and it was out on our deck but we moved it inside because of the siding work.
Ate some tortilla chips at the studio yesterday. Someone brought a bushel sized bag and I couldn't resist. But otherwise have kept to reasonable eating.
Hubby is out walking dog Chip. They do about 2 miles a day and its become an important routine to him. Its cold and foggy here. Hoping for sun later. diane s
