I'm not crazy about it, but I do eat/drink products with artificial sweeteners, but I try not to do so not excessively.  I use stevia exclusively at home, and eat unsweetened or stevia sweetened yogurt (Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt).  Stevia is a natural sweetener, though I've started to hear some things that concern me, about the way it's processed.  Real sugar products are triggers for me, but sometimes, I just need to have something sweet.

I drink a can of diet soda every day. Also use a serving of VitaFiber for my homemade Quest Bar daily. Splenda and stevia in the cupboard but rarely use either. I don't sweeten coffee, tea, yogurt, etc. - prefer them unsweetened.

Treats are always the real thing. I've never used  'diet' substitutes.

I drink diet soda now and then. I also put Splenda in my homemade Greek yogurt. Other than that I don't use it for anything else. Most sweet things are the real deal - because I am the original SUGAR JUNKIE!

This question reminded me of something my NUT said when we were first reviewing my food logs prior to surgery.  She said instead of using honey to sweeten my muesli, I could use a small bit of apricot baby food to taste.  She said it is a strong, sweet taste and much healthier than other sweeteners.
