128.4 - up a lb. from yesterday and 3.2 lbs. in the last 10 days. Not sure what is going on but I don't like it one bit. Eating has been loose, but not enough to cause this kind of gain. Can't just stick my head in the sand and ignore it though. Time to seriously cut back on calories for a little bit - at least until I get back to 125 and preferably 123, the lower part of my "zone" where I feel more comfortable and more in control. Right now I feel like I have lost all control! Did a 30 minute power walk over lunch yesterday and smaller dog/husband walk in the evening. Steps at 8,980 for the day. Muscles have been sore for the last few days. Have time to exercise today, so I will but will have a planned day off tomorrow.
I work 4 hours and then have a doctor's appt. Checked out some of my labs before hand (they are not all in) and everything looks normal except my B-12 is high at 1174 pg/mL (normal is 180-914) and triglycerides are low at 31 mg/mL which is kind of where they have been hanging out lately. My lipids look great - Total Cholesterol is 158, LDL is 83 and HDL is 69 which is good for me! I still take Atorvastatin 20 mg, the only prescription Rx left.
Wish me luck in my attempt at reducing the calories!

122.4 today. Sleep has been great the last couple of nights. Too many pre-bedtime nuts last night when I was exhausted.
Paula do you feel like you have lost control because you have been eating is a bit outside your usual playground? Or, is it because your weight just seems inexplicitly up? I know you haven't been able to get your regular exercise in. Good luck with food today! Nice lipid labs...it reminds me that I need to give you and Devon a more detailed history of my weirdo numbers.
Off to the races!

Hi everyone!
Paula - great labs!! Good luck with the calorie reduction!
Diane - have a wonderful time!
Shel - glad you've finally gotten some good sleep - what a difference it makes!
Like Paula, my weight was again up significantly this morning. I did indulge a bit over the weekend, but nowhere near what the scale reflects. I also was up and down three-four flights of stairs numerous times Saturday and Sunday, so got lots of steps in. I got quite winded, because of what I was coming down with, but didn't want to give in and take the elevator.
I'm still sick today. I came to work, not feeling great, and my temp started goping up again. I got an appt. to see the dr. for this afternoon, as I'm fearful it is bronchitis, or is heading that way.
Have a great Tuesday! Hugs, Mary
Hugs ! Feel better !!
