Yup I get that post sugar binge sadness too. And I hope you get a better sleep tonight so you can build on the success of today. 

124.8 today. Already got a days work in. Sunny and moderately warm today - low to mid 60's. Might try to take advantage and walk outside.

Hi all you mighty  motivated skinnies

Thats what we are you know.  Out of the thousands that have vsg look at what our little group does to keep ourselves going. I know there are lots of lurkers out there and I hope they draw inspiration from out daily soap opera.  "The Days of our VSG Lives" or something. 

Well I just knew I would be up today - 131.5 - thanks to the art gallery opening. I stayed away from all the sweets but did eat cheese and a few chips and dip and wine.  Probably beaucoup salt so hope it leaves quickly.

I even did a bunch of plant pruning to get stuff away from the house so residing can occur.  Hubby has been stepping up so I guess I will keep cooking him dinners. Probably fish tonight.

Thanks for kind wishes on my mom. I am just praying the new service works out and crazy roommate calms down. She has a good friend coming to visit that she hasn't seen in many years so hope that makes her happy for awhile. 

More weed chopping today and visit to the wine club which will be sort of a drive by to collect my two bottles. Its a beautiful little place - they have weddings and such there.
