I know they grow up and all that...but the increasing independence is hard to swallow

Good Evening!!! 160.6#. I have strung several days together with food that is conducive to weight loss. Wednesday was not one of them but I got right back on track. I also had two hard workout sessions with my trainer this week and carried 32 12 pound bags of vegetable soil to my raised bed and dumped them in. Lots of movement today. So...feeling better about things. I wore a cute skirt and sandals to church this morning.
Devon-I'm abstaining, too. We have outdoor classroom next week ( my favorite part of the year- a week in the spring and a week in the fall) and it's a food fest. I can not gain...if the food does not support weight loss then I'm not going to eat it. That's the plan anyway until school is out. Must get to the 50's!!! Then to the 40's.
Any thoughts on set point where weight is concerned?
Andy's birthday is next week and he declined a chocolate cake my Mom offered to bake. Thank God!! We have a nephew graduation and Mother's Day. So it's going to be tough but I can do it!!!

I'm editing this to note that I almost added "we shall hike and yoga together." Then I took it out because that seemed bossy. But, now I want to point it out because I only thought about active/physical entertainment that we can do together --- I thought nothing about food entertainment! An NSV for sure!
